I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely amazing, with direct access to the beautiful sand dunes right from the pool area. It was so convenient to be able to walk right onto the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the balcony where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist me. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, with a wide selection of delicious choices. I felt very pampered and well taken care of during my stay.

The hotel location was exceptional with stunning views of the sand dunes. Spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Good-sized pool and enjoyable chill out bar.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the dunes and promenade. It's also close enough to some great restaurants. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of delicious food. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in Playa del Ingles. The room was superb with incredibly comfortable beds, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - right on the beach and with direct access to the dunes from the pool area. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel had excellent views and the staff were friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna and massage services provided by the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. the pool bar was conveniently located and served great drinks. the hotel had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, with no outside noise. the food in the restaurant was tasty and had a good variety of choices.
We had issues with the air conditioning in our room, despite notifying the staff multiple times, it was never fixed. This affected our sleep quality during our stay.

What a fantastic hotel! The location is superb, right on the promenade with easy access to restaurants and just in front of the stunning sand dunes. Our room was amazing, with a breathtaking sea view. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We also loved the pool and the chill out bar, where we enjoyed live performances on certain nights.
The only downside was the limited choices for dinner, but it didn't overshadow our overall wonderful experience.
